My focus is on joining the pieces of the recruitment jigsaw puzzle – bringing together clients and candidates. My aim is to help both parties achieve the end goal of an ongoing and successful working relationship.

I find immense joy in connecting candidates with work opportunities and clients with their perfect match. The satisfaction of making these connections truly drives me.

When not working, I prioritise self-care to ensure I can be the best version of myself. By recharging, I can be at my best for those around me, including my family and close friends, who I value highly.

My role as an Office Administrator, I thrive on helping others and keeping things running smoothly. I’m responsible for completing registration packs, ensuring compliance with CAA regulations, and getting staff out and working in a timely and efficient manner. I take pride in being organized, supportive, and proactive in everything I do.

Helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could change the world for one person.

I have been with Links now for 13 years I am strong in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient office environment. With years of expertise in administrative support, office coordination, and customer service and payroll, I play a crucial role in maintaining organisation and communication within the office.

I love my job because it allows me to do meaningful work that challenges and inspires me every day. I get to use my skills in a way that makes a difference, collaborate with great people, and constantly learn and grow. There’s a sense of purpose and satisfaction that comes from doing what I enjoy—and that makes all the difference.

At work, I’m the glue, the engine, and occasionally… the chaos coordinator.

I have a growing interest in people, communication, and the world of recruitment. I’m passionate about helping others find the right fit — whether that’s for a job, a team, or a new opportunity.

I’m naturally organised, friendly, and a great listener. I enjoy talking to people, learning what makes them tick, and finding ways to match their strengths with the right environment. While I’m just starting out, I’m eager to learn the ins and outs of recruitment and gain hands-on experience wherever I can..
